Are you child-safe & eco-friendly?

At Aura Property Solutions, we use high-quality, eco-friendly products that are safe for children, staff, and the environment. Microfiber cloths help reduce waste, and all vacuums are equipped with HEPA filters to minimize allergens and dust—helping keep classrooms and play areas healthy.

Our team follows a detailed, facility-specific checklist for every service, ensuring each classroom, restroom, and common space is thoroughly cleaned. All of our cleaning practices comply with CDEC and the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment sanitation and cleanliness standards, giving you confidence that your facility meets or exceeds regulatory requirements.

We stay up-to-date with the latest cleaning products, techniques, and industry-leading practices to provide the most efficient, safe, and reliable service possible for your daycare or school.

Do you provide cleaning supplies?

Our cleaning technicians arrive fully equipped with professional-grade tools and cleaning products. If you have specific products or a vacuum you’d prefer us to use, just let us know in advance and we’ll gladly accommodate your request.

Will you move the furniture?

For classrooms, play areas, and common spaces, our team will carefully move or adjust furniture and equipment as needed to ensure thorough cleaning. Desks, chairs, shelves, and other movable items will be shifted so we can clean all surfaces and floors properly.

For very heavy or fixed items that cannot safely be moved, we may ask for your assistance to access certain areas. Our goal is to leave every space fully clean, safe, and ready for children and staff, without leaving corners or hidden areas untouched.

What if I don't see a service listed?

We are committed to providing a service that meets your expectations and makes your property feel its best. If you have a specific cleaning need or request, we encourage you to reach out by phone or message—our team is happy to assist.

Every property is unique, and our services are designed to reflect that. Whether you have particular instructions, areas of focus, or special requests, we tailor our approach to meet your needs, ensuring a thorough and personalized clean every time.

What do you NOT clean?

For safety and quality reasons, our services do not include cleaning human waste or handling biohazard situations, and we are not equipped for disaster cleanup. We also do not clean fragile items that require special handling or anything beyond reach of a standard two-step ladder.

Our exterior services are intended for routine care and are not designed as pre-painting or deep-clean treatments. We reserve the right to decline any service that our team feels is unsafe or beyond the scope of our standard procedures.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to adjust our schedules and continue providing reliable service.

Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
